IDEAL PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Experience in business performance, commercial planning, financial planning and analysis, strategy or consulting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modelling skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, structured, executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to interpret quantitative data from a commercial perspective, challenge assumptions and develop actionable recommendations.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, an interest in following developments, and a willingness to take an active role in transformation projects.
• Openness to learning and experimenting with new tools, with the motivation to translate technology into tangible business outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in telecommunications, media, digital platforms or subscription-based business models is a plus. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Support budgeting, long-term business planning and forecasting activities; analyses variances between actual results and targets.
• Evaluate the financial and operational impact of strategic projects and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Strategy and other relevant teams to ensure data consistency and follow up on action items.
• Translate analyses into clear findings and recommendations and prepare management reports and presentations.
• Contribute to identifying use cases, quantifying business impact and tracking outcomes in AI and digital transformation projects.
• Explore opportunities to use AI tools to improve analysis, reporting and business processes, and develop recommendations for implementation.
