Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate end-to-end export logistics operations for Orhangazi CBI and Turyağ businesses
• Manage export shipment booking processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and follow booking activities through GT Nexus and ensure effective operational communication
• Enter and track logistics instructions required for CBI shipments
• Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor ETA and AAD performance indicators
• Manage TLS Gredi warehouse operations and inventory movements
• Prepare, review, and maintain export-related invoice documentation
• Create and manage FOR and BOR transactions within relevant systems
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of budget and actual logistics cost data related to Silver and Orhangazi CBI operations
• Update and maintain freight rates for sales and contract agreements through the CPQ system
• Evaluate freight requests from commercial teams and provide pricing analyses and feedback
• Coordinate operational activities with logistics service providers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring operational performance and identifying process optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in export logistics operations
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
