Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, strategic procurement, supply chain, or related functions, including at least 3 years of team management experience,
• Preferably experienced in technology, electronic security, system integration, or project-based B2B industries,
• Proven experience in product portfolio management, strategic sourcing, and supplier/manufacturer relationship management,
• Strong skills in commercial negotiations, pricing, cost analysis, and contract management,
• Experienced in managing budgets, revenue, gross profitability, and performance metrics,
• Sound knowledge of demand planning, inventory optimization, and procurement processes,
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency,
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills,
• Excellent analytical thinking, prioritization, planning, and problem-solving abilities,
• Results-driven with a strong customer and commercial value orientation,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company's product, manufacturer, and supplier portfolio in line with corporate strategies,
• Define and monitor the strategy, budget, targets, and performance indicators of the responsible function,
• Lead product management, procurement, and related operations teams, ensuring team development and achievement of business objectives,
• Identify new products, solutions, manufacturers, and business opportunities; evaluate their commercial and technical feasibility and implement viable opportunities,
• Manage strategic relationships with local and global manufacturers and suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions,
• Coordinate and manage supplier and manufacturer contracts in collaboration with relevant departments,
• Develop product pricing and profitability strategies; monitor cost, sales price, and gross margin performance,
• Collaborate with sales teams on product and solution positioning; provide commercial and technical support for proposals, projects, and business development activities,
• Analyze market trends, competition, technological developments, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities,
• Prepare procurement budgets and plans; ensure the effective execution of direct and indirect procurement processes,
• Monitor demand forecasts, inventory levels, and inventory turnover rates to establish an optimal inventory structure,
• Manage cost reduction, savings, and working capital improvement initiatives,
• Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service levels, and implement continuous improvement plans,
• Analyze supply continuity, single-source dependency, foreign exchange, and inventory risks, and take appropriate corrective actions,
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of product, pricing, supplier, and procurement data within ERP systems,
• Oversee and improve RMA, warranty, and manufacturer-related after-sales support processes,
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products and services are procured at the right time, cost, and quality level,
• Achieve revenue, gross profitability, inventory, and operational performance targets for the responsible product and service categories.
