• Graduate of an engineering department at a university,
• At least 10 years of experience in indirect procurement within the manufacturing and/or industrial sector,
• Capable of effectively managing processes related to supplier selection, bid solicitation, and contract management,
• Experienced in team management and inter-departmental coordination,
• Proficient in cost and financial analysis,
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office applications,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills,
• Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and excellent planning skills,
• Experienced in team management, and employee development.

OB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join our company’s procurement organization. The ideal candidate will formulate indirect procurement strategies, enhance category and supplier management, lead the team, and generate sustainable cost advantages across the company.

• Formulating and implementing the Indirect Procurement strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives,
• Analyzing indirect expenditures to develop strategies for contract, supply, and category management,
• Establishing annual procurement plans, budgets, and cost-saving targets, and monitoring their realization,
• Leading strategic RFQ/RFP and tendering processes,
• Conducting commercial negotiations for critical and high-volume contracts,
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, demand management, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization,
• Optimizing the supplier portfolio and developing supplier evaluation processes for strategic suppliers,
• Managing supplier risks and procurement processes critical to business continuity,
• Leading projects related to digitalization, automation, and process improvement within procurement operations,
• Managing supplier proposal processes, conducting price analyses, and creating cost-improvement opportunities,
• Ensuring the effective execution of SAP procurement processes and approval workflows,
• Managing team performance, planning workload distribution, and supporting team development.
