We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of a large-scale supply chain.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration in line with business objectives and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, material planning, procurement, domestic and international logistics, import/export, customs, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and production planning
• Oversee multiple logistics and distribution centers, ensuring seamless operations, optimal inventory levels, product availability, cost efficiency, and high service levels
• Develop and implement material and supply planning strategies aligned with production requirements, demand forecasts, lead times, inventory targets, and overall business objectives
• Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, pending orders, and goods in transit to ensure accurate material requirements, timely procurement, and uninterrupted production
• Drive lean, agile, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, flexibility, service levels, and cost performance across the supply chain
• Lead supplier management, including supplier selection, performance evaluation, and commercial negotiations, in close collaboration with Procurement and other relevant functions
• Ensure accurate SAP/ERP master data, inventory records, and supply chain reporting; monitor key KPIs, identify risks and performance gaps, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Lead, develop, and mentor cross-functional Supply Chain teams, fostering strong collaboration across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Production, Sales, and Finance

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of senior management experience in the supply chain departments – FMCG experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related universities (Preferably graduated from departments such as Industrial Engineering, Economics - Business Administration etc.)
• Advanced verbal and written English skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Team player with excellent problem solving
• Analytical thinker and prone to teamwork
• Having good planning and organizing skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-pace, results-oriented
• Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
• Solid knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• No domestic or international travel obstacles
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
