Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Well-developed planning and organizational abilities.
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and market structures.
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
• For male candidates, completion of military service or exemption is required.

Job Description

• Develop marketing strategies for assigned products and directly manage the planning and execution of related marketing activities.
• Monitor product performance regularly and revise marketing plans periodically when required.
• Conduct and report risk assessments and competitive analyses for assigned products, and develop action plans accordingly.
• Plan and execute market research and analytical studies in line with the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
• Conduct international field visits to ensure the effectiveness, applicability, and sustainability of product strategies; provide regular training sessions and presentations to promotional teams.
• Manage the budgets of assigned products.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare. professionals through regular visits, insight gathering, and project development.
• Develop and manage agency work plans and related collaborations.
• Take an active role in other cross-functional projects and processes related to assigned products and aligned with company objectives.
