UX Content Editor

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UI, UX & Visual Designers, Product Owners and Stakeholders to take a project from initial idea to final output,
• Support your colleagues and share your work in client working sessions, steakholder interviews and user research activities,
• Write content for website & mobile that considers user needs, business goals and key marketing objectives,
• Strong communication skills,
• Provide editorial feedback to other experience writers and teammates,
• Understand and apply the editorial guideline, terminology and tone of voice to maximize accuracy and quality of content,
• Ensure that terminology is clear and consistent within and across product lines,
• Name the website's new features, creating user friendly language in web and mobile platforms,
• Participate in team meetings, idea generation and constructive-critique of output by the entire team.

Technical Skills

• At least 4+ years of experience of creating digital content in a full-time writing and/or editing position,
• At least 2 years of experience within UX field,
• A good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace business model,
• Comfortable working with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal and Customer Value when necessary,
• Ensuring correct spelling, punctuation, grammar and adherence to style guides,
• Excellent communication skills essential,
• Good written English, including spelling and grammar.
