What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tech recruitment
• Having good understanding of technical skills
• Following both technology & recruiting trends and insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Being familiar with agile working environment is a plus
• Strong communication and social skills

Our Recruiters are responsible for

• Managing the full recruitment cycle across a variety of open roles
• Working closely with tech teams and act as a strategic partner throughout the whole recruiting process
• Managing all recruitment related activities on social media & recruitment platforms and generate innovative ideas to reach out to the right talents
• Taking active part in HR and recruitment projects
• Supporting campus recruitment activites & “Geleceğe Giriş” young talent program
• Preparing recruitment related reports and presentations
• Ensuring strong stakeholder management with internal and external parties
• Following the candidates’ onboarding and organizing adaptation meetings
