Döhler Türkiye is looking for a "Plant Controller’’ to located in our İzmir Plant.

Your Role

• Preparing daily/monthly production cost tables and related reports,
• Focus on cost reduction initiatives, driving projects that manages better, productivity and delivers sustainable improvements in cost per unit and kg to ensure successful delivery of plant targets and KPIs,
• Product, process and yield analyses. Timely reporting of site KPIs as defined by HQ,
• Working with Engineering and Operations to ensure having accurate usage rates and labor hours and utility,
• Supports improvements and saving projects, implement new/changing management reporting requirements in SAP,
• Owns the process of financial modelling for new processes in plant,
• Lead stock counting processes for responsible area.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields,
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in the field of Financial or Operation Affairs in production companies,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• Confident in data reporting and analysis,
• High adaptation and accountability skills,
• No obstacle to travel.
