Döhler Türkiye is looking for a "Quality Management Engineer" to be employed in ourIzmir-Tire Plant with the following qualifications

Your Role

• To ensure the creation, implementation, updating and continuous improvement of the necessary processes in line with the Quality Management System,
• To follow and monitor the innovations related to the task, to pay attention to the process quality,
• To follow the activities carried out within the company in accordance with the requirements of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, HALAL, ISSC, ISO 27001 standards,
• To perform internal audits within the scope of standards, to report and to ensure the follow-up of their nonconformities,

• Taking part in documentation and process studies under the responsibility of Quality Management Systems,
• To take part in corrective activities and risk management studies under the responsibility of Quality Management Systems.
• To ensure that Quality System, Product and Process auditing is carried out within the company,
• To carry out in-house quality studies and trainings in the development of quality awareness,
• To ensure the follow-up of new product processes and controls,
• To Conduct customer complaint analysis and closure activities,
• To ensure the execution of customer audits,
• Customer question list, documentation, etc. to provide their demands.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline or equivalent experience,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QM/QC,
• Good verbal and written skills in English,
• Experience in developing and reviewing quality plans for production, contract documents and pro specifications,
• Conduct and organize Q&FS Internal/External audit and ensure close out of all Inspection and Audit Non conformities,
• Highly developed communication, interpersonal, project management skills, coupled with organizational sensitivity, and the ability to influence key decision makers at all levels,
• Must act as a change agent who is able to build positive relationships on a foundation of trust and mutual respect,
• Should be qualified at MS-Office.
• Ability to live in İzmir.
