About the Job Posting 

We are looking for a Material Planning & Import–Export Specialist to join the Purchasing Department of our automotive company. The ideal candidate will be able to manage supply chain processes effectively and have experience in material planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for primarily handling the company’s import and customs operations, managing export processes when necessary, and performingstrategic planning to improve operational efficiency.

In our dynamic work environment, you will use your analytical thinking skills to manage supplier relationships and contribute to the growth of our company.

Residing in Kocaeli is preferred.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Primarily, experience in Customs and Import Processes is required.

• Execute and monitor the company’s import and export operations,

• Coordinate customs, logistics, and transportation processes,
• Manage communications and order processes with foreign suppliers,
• Enter daily delivery notes from suppliers into the Mikro system, perform weekly invoice checks, and ensure timely submission to Accounting,
• Ensure proper and systematic archiving of purchasing and foreign trade documents,
• Work in compliance with all relevant regulations, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree,
• Experienced and skilled in import and export processes,
• Proficient in English (mandatory),
• Preferably fluent in Korean as a second language,
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license and able to actively drive,
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially advanced Excel),
• Preferably experienced in using the Mikro Software program,
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong organizational skills.
