QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or at a multinational company.
• Advanced English (both written and spoken).
• Solid legal notion.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Military services completed (for the male candidates).

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be working mainly on these topics; Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Transport Law, M&A and Compliance.

• Provide guidance and advise on corporate and commercial issues and draft memos into a variety of legal topics.
• Draft, review and revise all types of contracts both in Turkish and English,
• Ensuring proper handling and carry out of necessary preparations of the
• Corporate Services such as Annual and Regular Board Meetings and Board
• of Directors Meetings
• Work in close collaboration with outside counsels to coordinate and follow-up the litigations.
• Manage formal correspondences and notifications to or from public authorities and other third parties.
• Following up client’s company legal processes, policies, reporting and giving full
• support to Managers.
• Handle the company’s online systems for reporting and archiving.
• Follow new legislation, research on a variety of legal issues that could impact the company.
• Give necessary support to senior in house legal counsel and management.
