LOGISTIC RESPONSIBLE

In order to be assigned to the project which our company has undertaken in Iraq " Logictic Responsible " search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree,
• Five (5) + years of related work experience,
• Advanced English, Kurdish language skills,
• Commond of using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel ( good level )
• Strong analytical abilities,
• Knowledge of demand management, supplier management and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehousing & distribution in line with business strategy,
• Ensure all warehousing operations are managed in line with quality standards,
• Leads & initiates warehousing & distribution processes,
• Analyses logistics infrastructure and makes decisions to optimise service level / performance vs costs,
• Prepares list of short deliveries / lost for each customs file, runs reconciliation analyses, identifies root causes and takes preventive actions,
• Leads annual stock taking process,
• Gathers and controls all customs related documents from shipping locations and freight forwarders.
