We’re looking for a dedicated Education Consultant with a proven track record of helping businesses increase their sales number and improving their performance.Because of our growth, we need an Education Consultant who can usher us into the next phase of our development.

 
Required Skills and Experience
 

• A Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching or English Language and Literature.
  *Master’s degree, preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years successful teaching experience.

• Strong presentation skills

• Excellent written and extraordinary oral communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.

• Excellent use of Office programs (Word,excel,pawer point)

• Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and rapport with teachers and administrators.

• Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

• Can travel within Turkey and abroad

• Good knowledge of the education market

• Ability to be flexible and able to adapt to the immediate or unforeseen challenges.

• ‘Can Do’ attitude and ‘Go Getter’ personality.

  Job Description
  (S)He Creates long term relationships with new and existing customers. (S)He achieves client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Director.Liaises with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.(S)He escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by customers and responds to queries and inquiries in a timely manner.(S)He provides progress reports to customers, if needed.(S)He does the need analysis and advise the right educational material for institutions. Offers promotional support to the customers in the market.
