Qualifications

• Graduates from computer engineering faculties or Management Information Systems faculties of universities,
• At least three years of experience in the field of information technologies,
• Enthusiastic about learning new things, open-minded and collaborative,
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication skills,
• Excellent presentation skills,
• Advanced level of windows opatating systems,
• Fundamental level of SQL, antivirus programs,
• Knowledge of firewall configuration and cisco router and switch configuration
• Fundamental of LAN, WAN installation and configuration,
• Experience of backup and log management systems,
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English,
• German is an asset,
• Able to travel abroad for training/business,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Have B class drivers license and being an active driver           

            Job Description

• Providing troubleshooting and operational support for all hardware and software systems in office and production environments, including PCs, servers, network devices, printers, telephony systems and specialized equipment
• Managing, maintaining and ensuring uninterrupted operation of office- and production-side servers such as SQL, Web, File, Print, Inventory, Quality Management, Virtual and related systems
• Ensuring continuous availability of IT systems, machines and PCs used in production environments
• Planning, executing and monitoring backup, disaster recovery, log management and business continuity processes, including regular system, data and image backups
• Installing, managing and monitoring antivirus systems, WSUS, patch management, Windows updates, system services and security policies across all IT systems
• Performing regular vulnerability scans, identifying security gaps and implementing remediation actions
• Administering Active Directory, IDM systems, user accounts, groups and access rights
• Managing removable media controls (USB, CD/DVD) and creating and managing encrypted USB devices (PGP)
• Ensuring compliance with Visa, MasterCard, GSMSAS and corporate information security standards; participating in audits and closing audit findings
• Managing secure customer connectivity and data transfer systems, including SFTP, GlobalScape and ForcePoint
• Monitoring and controlling system logs, backups and security events; reporting as required
• Managing IT asset inventory, hardware and software licenses, maintenance contracts and procurement processes
• Preparing, maintaining and updating technical documentation, procedures and asset records
• Supporting ERP (Micro), Ebiflow workflow applications, E-Card infrastructure services and overall production IT operations
• Monitoring IT system performance and capacity, planning future infrastructure growth and contributing to budget planning
• Providing user support, guidance and technical training; analyzing issues and delivering effective solutions
• Coordinating with the Information Security department, following approved change management processes and security requirements
• Actively participating in process improvement, innovation initiatives and continuous service development
• Ensuring compliance with business continuity, quality, environmental and occupational health and safety policies and procedures
