Job Description

• To ensure the efficient management of activities related to the responsible department in coordination with Production Planning, Maintenance & Repair, and Sales & Marketing departments.
• To monitor production processes,
• To control production costs,
• To measure efficiency,
• To inspect machines and equipment,
• To measure and evaluate the quality of all elements used in production, including both equipment and raw materials,
• To develop efficiency methods to prevent material waste, excessive overtime, and delayed products,
• To determine the right strategies for production,
• To take an active role not only in process controls but also in material and machine inspections,
• To check whether the quantity of produced goods can meet customer demands,
• To identify failure rates through statistical reports and develop solutions accordingly.

Qualifications

•          Bachelor degree of Engineering in universities
•          At least two years of professional experience in international companies
•          Experience in production, machine, process and human management
•          Problem solving skills especially technical topics
•          Good communication skills, coaching
•          Curious about technical achievements, computers and technology
•          Advance level of English.
•          Mastery of MS Office and ERP systems,
•          No military obligation for male candidates,
•          Located in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli
•          B Driver license and active driver
