Sales Support Engineer

QUALIFICATION 

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline,
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or industrial products,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,
• SAP and CRM knowledge is an advantage,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
• Customer-oriented and results-driven approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support project-related activities within the sales organization.
• Receive, process, monitor, and follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
• Maintain and update price lists, customer data, and project information in SAP.
• Register, process, track, and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints.
• Prepare and process credit note requests in accordance with quality and company procedures.
• Communicate with customers regarding contractual and legal matters when required.
• Maintain project records, documentation, and filing systems to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
• Support project execution by performing additional project-related tasks as required.
• Prepare and provide activity, performance, and project status reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within sales support and project management activities.
