This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and strategy, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to drive business decisions. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Administration - Economy, Economy - Administrative Sciences Programs, Finance, or International Political Economy.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems like UFRS and SAP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of financial risk management and budgeting.
• Having SMM certificate

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial risk management activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to junior financial staff.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP and other financial tools for effective financial management.
• Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
