As ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. we are currently managing and leasing out 10 Shopping Center and also developing and realizing Shopping Center projects. 

For one of our Shopping Centers, Ankara, we are looking for dedicated , qualified and experienced professional for the following position;


Deputy Technical Manager

İŞ TANIMI

Assisting the responsible Technical Manager and will be trained for a position in a future Shopping Center project,

 

• Together with the Technical Manager, being responsible for the maintenance of technical equipment like escalators, elevators, heating and cooling systems etc. and involving in daily technical works,
• Managing and working with the technical team, security and cleaning companies of the Shopping Center together with the Technical Manager,
• Preparation and following up of the common area budget,
• Having a university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
• Experience in a similar position in a large scale operation like a Shopping Center, 5 star hotel or a factory will be an asset,
• Perfect command of English is a must ,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
