Qualifications
·University degree in related fields
·Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnership & Loyalty Marketing
·Experience in B2B and corporate communication
·Strong project and process management including planning and budgeting and working to deadlines
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·Excellent command of English
·Completed military service for male candidates
Job Description
·Develops specific loyalty marketing strategies; carry out the negotiation process with potential partnerships, create beneficial campaigns in the favor of our end users and corporate clients,
.İnitiates and negotiates campaigns with potential partners targeting the clients and end users,
·Work collaboratively with partners in technology and rider experience to operationalize loyalty initiatives and recognition programs,
·Manage loyalty programs targeting end users and affiliates also partnership programs for all communities,
·Regularly monitor and report performance of all programs to take proactive actions,
·Devise cost effective solutions to increase satisfaction of affiliated partners and also create opportunities to generate additional revenue,
·Gain in depth knowledge of needs and expectations of target groups through utilizing regular surveys,
·Ensure delivery of maximum value for the target groups with all loyalty programs implemented within budget limit,
·Actively follow up, report and compile actions taken by competitors for loyalty, upselling, cross selling and launch of new offers etc.
·Manage and coordinate all customer and affiliate events,
·Manage end user targeted marketing activities,
·Establish effective coordination with teams.
