Ege Profil has been established in 1981, is the leader of the Turkish PVC Profile Sector, continues its investment activities empowered by its brand history over a quarter of a century. Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under four brands, namely Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa, Pimapen and Inoutic. The facility in İzmir (Menemen), with its indoor area of 80,000 sqm2 and a machinery park of a capacity of 100,000 tons, the Kocaeli (Kartepe) plant is dedicated to the Winsa and Pimapen products with an indoor area of 34,000 sqm2 and a machinery park with a capacity of 45,000 tons. Moreover, all brands have individual Regional Directorates in İzmir, İstanbul, Ankara and Adana.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team in İzmir.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Capital Markets Board (CMB)–related topics, with advanced-level knowledge of Corporate Governance principles and relevant licenses
• Strong background in CMB reporting standards and practices
• Experience in general ledger accounting, financial closing, and reporting processes using SAP
• Prior experience in Big 4 or similar advisory/audit firms is considered an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management, multitasking, and execution capabilities with a high level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong working relationships to ensure accurate and high-quality financial reporting
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with investors and represent the company professionally
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of quarterly standalone and consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with CMB Reporting Standards
• Monitoring and following up on developments in CMB regulations and ensuring compliance
• Performing analytical reviews and reconciliations of TFRS financial statements; leading and coordinating the independent audit process
• Collaborating closely with the Central Controlling team during month-end and year-end closing processes related to CMB reporting
• Ensuring timely and accurate data collection through effective communication with internal departments and group companies
• Managing relationships with regulatory bodies and institutions, including CMB, Borsa İstanbul, and MKK
• Preparing and publishing disclosures on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP)
• Ensuring shareholders’ access to accurate and transparent information by maintaining and updating communication tools such as the corporate website, company presentations, and annual reports
• Taking ownership of the development and implementation of digital financial solutions to enhance CMB reporting processes and drive continuous improvement
