About Job

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead the tendering processes for our large-scale building, infrastructure, energy, and industrial facility projects undertaken both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Experience in preparing tenders for large-scale building, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects,
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in tendering, bidding, technical office operations, or cost estimation,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team and process management,
- Advanced knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimates, preliminary cost calculations, unit pricing, and price analysis,
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and specifications,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD,
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical and commercial tender preparation processes,
- Strong customer relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills,
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and coordination capabilities,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally,
Job Description
Managing the tendering and bidding processes from initiation through submission,
Reviewing and analyzing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), technical specifications, project drawings, and contractual documents,
Conducting quantity take-offs, cost estimates, preliminary cost calculations, unit pricing, and price analysis,
Preparing rapid cost estimations during the pre-tender phase,
Defining target costs for individual activities and subsystems,
Coordinating with Engineering, Budget and Planning, Finance, and Project teams throughout the tender process,
Identifying and implementing cost optimization opportunities to improve the competitiveness of tenders,
Preparing technical and commercial tender documents, compliance matrices, and customer presentations,
Conducting risk and opportunity assessments related to tenders,
Managing tender-related communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners,
Monitoring tender schedules and ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and timely completion of all tender documentation,
Managing the handover process to the Project Team following contract award.
