Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 10 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or software testing processes.
• Proficient in hardware and software testing procedures.
• Experienced in using measurement devices and software for test processes.
• Experienced in homologation processes and certification standards,
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding teams.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Job Description

• Managing the testing processes of products and prototypes developed by electronic and mechanical design teams.
• Guiding the test team to ensure that test processes are completed on time and comprehensively.
• Creating test scenarios and conducting validation and verification tests.
• Performing performance, reliability, and durability tests of products.
• Analyzing the root causes of issues encountered during testing processes and reporting the results to support the R&D, Production, and Quality departments.
• Assisting R&D teams in resolving identified issues in testing processes.
• Monitoring the homologation processes of products and ensuring compliance with relevant certification and regulatory requirements.
