We are looking for a "Sourcing Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer" for our growing team.

Job Description

Monitor the supply chain quality by ensuring that it is effectively established, implemented, and maintained incompliance with local regulations and Atlas Copco requirements. In addition, interface with suppliers to ensure that the quality of products meet internal and external customer requirements and resolve issues pertaining to product quality, when required.

You manage the supplier’s quality and capability in an active way, meaning you are responsible for:

• Execute inspection for sourcing components according to contractual documents. Maintain related records in company.
• Manage the supply chain quality processes and ensure effectiveness including receiving inspection, supplier site inspection, deviated material control, scraps, corrective actions, etc.
• Maintain and improve process, system, and capacity of Quality team. Support to establish, implement and continuously improve quality system for the Purchasing department.
• Organize and cooperate with related parties to analysis root cause of Non-conformances on products or system of suppliers, decide the correction and prevention. Follow the close of action.
• Execute evaluation and audit for supplier on Process, Quality, Environment, Energy, Safety and Health etc.
• Supplier Development & Improvement: Analyze business requirements and identify gap of supplier. Organize improvement plan and support plan. Drive proactive involvement of suppliers in manufacturing improvement.
• Maintain and generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly supplier data analysis and reports such as Supplier KPIs, Business partner reporting, conflict mineral reporting etc.
• Surveillance supplier performance, coach and support the improvement of suppliers.
• Collaborating other department to improve the design, process, and quality in Company.
• Follow the “Safety First” policy with the vision of zero work related accidents and take all necessary actions to employ sustainable processes to safeguard the company’s targets for Quality/Environment/Safety and Health.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001
• Assist with development and implementation of ISO standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• If you have a master's degree in electrical projects is a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in a global company.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Must have strong work ethic and structure with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Confidence and ability to enforce Quality Management System while also working as part of a team.
• Requires relationship building with internal and external contacts as well as technical and business knowledge.
• Experience in a technical function or production environment is an asset.
• Experienced in ERP programs.
• Absence of domestic and international travel barriers
