Job Description

Responsibilities

•       Ensuring legal compliance and provision of legal advice as to all matters of the group companies, including day to day legal issues as well as important projects.
•     Review, drafting and negotiation of all kind of contracts related to international and local issues, especially regarding renewable energy investments, such as wind turbine, solar panel supply, installation, maintenance, and legal evaluation of other contracts related to these.
•      Reviewing and negotiation of contracts related to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital processes.
•   Preparing and follow up of corporate documents and legal counselling on committee/board/general assembly meetings, and all corporate affairs and procedures.
•       Providing legal consultancy in international tender processes, especially preparing the documentation related to the company during the qualification phases.
•      To follow all aspects of the litigation processes of all companies in the group, including those outside the city, from beginning to end.
•       To carry out communication with the relevant lawyers regarding the legal services received abroad and/or locally.

Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable law school, bar admission in Türkiye
•        At least 1 years of experience (experience as an in-house counsel is a plus)
•       Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Turkish (IELTS or TOEFL score is a plus)
•       Strong administrative skills to organize the matters under responsibility, yet being able to prioritize in accordance with the needs of the business
•    Having a good legal uncerstanding, high motivation, can do attitude, hands-on mentality, result oriented, clear, positive communication skills.
•       No restriction to travel. (B class driving license is a plus)
