We are looking for a "QUALITY ENGINEER" with following qualifications;

• University degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering preferable)
• Excellent command of English (interview to be done in English) 
• Minimum 2 or 3 year experience in Project or Quality Departments in automotive industry.
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in quality management / 8D-system, FMEA, CIP, (Core Tools) or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in auditing (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or VDA 6.3 current versions)
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Valid driving license
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication & presentation skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
• Good team player
• No restriction in travelling in and out of country
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsibility for processing of customer portals.
• Definition of quality improvement programms and monitoring of product quality and reject rate: Error analysis, Continuous Improvement Process (QCIP), tracking of corrective and improvement actions.
• Creation and implementation of local BU quality standards in coordination with BU Production Quality (quality work instructions, border line catalog, etc.).
• To lead 8D/problem solving process in case of customer complaints
• Reporting of key figures (KPI) of BU Production Quality.
• Managing audits in the CU/BU of plant (System audits, customer audits, layered audits, process audits, 5S audits, etc.).
• Responsible for tracking and reporting of correlating actions resulting from audits.
• Responsible and leading of customer visits or audits at EK plant, also due to quality issues.
• Support in PFMEA.
• Definition of quality specifications for PPAP related parts: 

     - define and establish the related control plan and communicate with all involveds      areas. 

     - define and establish the related inspection planning in CAQ system (SAP QM). 

     - SPC

• Definition of appropriate measurement devices incl. gages for defined inspection criteria in coordination with BU/CU
• Responsibility for MSA of measurement devices and gages.
• Support for new projects/new products regarding feasibility, concept planning, etc. in quality aspects.
• IMDS system
• Support at the plant in regards of completing and reporting Benchmark, Board Meetings, Management Review.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor/Manager
