To support our team in İzmir, we are looking to recruit a Accounts Payable Specialist.

• Bachelor‘s or master‘s degree from relevant departments such as Business Administration, Economics, or similar

• Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant fields

• Excellent bookkeeping and administrative skills

• Preferably in a multinational company experience

• Proficiency in MS-Office

• SAP (FI / SD) experience preferred

• Demonstration of strong oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Military service completed for male candidates

Profile of Tasks:

• Be part of the FSSC, which is responsible for all finance related matters of the company

• Be reporting to Finance Director and working with hte FSSC team

• Support A/P department at the headquarter in Germany

• Book the relevant A/P invoices, defined as per job description

• Ensure that A/P records are kept in line with local tax regulations and are complete for the month end closing process

• Be a local contact point for local customers in accounting related issues

• Support the reporting and documentation required for stat and tax audits

   

  Justification:

• There is an urgent need to have a contact point in the FSSC in issues in regards to A/P

• There are different invoices issued and booked locally mainly due to local requirements

• Besides, it would also give the third parties a local contact point in regards to A/P issues

• To flow of I/C export and import processes would be also simplified with a local contact point

• Travel within and/or outside of Turkey if required (max. 5% of workdays)
