To support our finance team in Izmir, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
• Min. 3-5  years of experience in accounting
• Fluent command of written and spoken English
• Proficient MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Team-player and multitasking skills
• High communication skills with international colleagues and suppliers.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Recording all kind of vendor invoices in accordance with accounting policies
• Performing accounting duties including data entry, accounts payable settlement, return invoices
• Booking of travel expenses, credit cards and petty cash
• Manage to control vendors accounts, follow-up vendor open balances and account clearings
• Preliminary work for the month/quarter/year end closings
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
