Qualifications

• University (Bachelor) degree from a reputable university in Engineering (preferably in industrial engineering)
• Min. 3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Function (Demand Planning, Supplier Management etc.) preferably in an international FMCG/ Retail company,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, Knowledge and experience 
• Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously
• Able to solve problems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams
• Self-motivated, independent with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical skills, intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency

Job Description

• Responsible for inventory planning and reporting, ensure proper inventory management to meet sales forecast on time,
• Plan and prioritize sales to ensure maximum performance and optimum stock levels,
• Regular collaboration and alignment with the other supplier teams,
• Responsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the target,
• Proactively identifying potential slow mover inventory, providing visibility in excess inventory by root cause analysis and following up necessary actions to deplete the excess inventory,
• Track write off data and makes sure all actions are in place for depletion,
• Providing necessary analyses and data for supply planning
• Working on reducing inventory target levels based on improvements on lead times,
• Following, reporting and developing systems to track & trace of Financial/Operational KPI’s.
