• University graduate with relative degree,
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, support and/or IT business solutions support,
• Experience in server management
• Experience in the management of Firewall, VPN and Antivirus systems
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Have analytical approach to problems,
• Excellent team player with good communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Responsibility for the integration, configuration, design and operation and maintenance of infrastructure services and systems
• Monitoring of utilization and availability in accordance with the agreed SLA
• System operations and maintenance and system documentation in accordance with compliance requirements as well as quality assurance and development of standards
• Implementation of failure and disaster recovery test
• Ensuring system integrity and security through log analysis and patch management
• Providing 1st Level support
• Execution of project management tasks in IT infra. projects and responsible to provide project deliverables
• Monitoring the infrastructure systems and services
• Optimize costs and ensure orderly licensing
