QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Construction Management,
• Min. 2 years of experience in construction industry.,
• Required Software knowledge: MS Office,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving skills,
• Driven and motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct research to create forecasts about the cost of a project,
• Create estimation reports for the management,
• Anticipate potential risks and develop preventative solutions,
• Identify costs and overall budget, ensuring the project is on track,
• Monitoring procurement as per the prepared budget.
