Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field,

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects (Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred),

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Instrument Supervisor, or Field Engineer roles,

• High proficiency in reading and interpreting P&ID and isometric drawings, as well as conducting material analysis,

• Proven experience in directing field teams, work schedule tracking, and reporting,

• Strong ability to manage subcontractors and oversee installation controls in accordance with project schedules,

• Good command of written and spoken English (preferred),

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Mandatory experience in industrial facility construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational processes of instrument installation, tubing hook-up, and tubing-leak tests in compliance with technical specifications,

• Actively participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning phases,

• Conduct installation inspections and ensure the complete and accurate execution of punch closure processes,

• Oversee material management by identifying required, missing, or damaged materials on-site and coordinating the ordering processes,

• Provide technical leadership to field teams, ensuring all work is carried out in adherence to occupational health, safety, and quality standards.
