QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Revit knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise the installation and execution of mechanical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, stormwater, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate the installation of HVAC equipment and building automation systems in accordance with project requirements.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documents to ensure compliance with client and project standards.
• Manage commissioning, testing, and balancing (TAB) activities to ensure proper system performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with applicable codes, project specifications, and American standards.
