QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation, piping construction and international codes (ASME, API).
• Experience with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, hydrostatic testing, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometric drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise daily mechanical construction activities, including piping and equipment installation, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve project schedule and quality objectives.
• Support QA/QC inspections, ITP implementation, hydrostatic testing and mechanical completion activities.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC and project teams to resolve technical and construction issues.
