QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• 5–10 years of experience in tank erection and related structural works
• Strong knowledge of API 650 tank erection practices
• Ability to read engineering drawings and support QA/QC documentation
• Experience with fixed-roof components, including stairs, support platforms, and roof structures
• Adequate English skills for reporting and coordination

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise tank erection activities including shell installation, foundation and anchor checks, fit-up, alignment, and shell course sequencing

• Coordinate fixed roof erection, including stairs and support platform installation
• Ensure compliance with API 650 standards, QA/QC requirements, and inspection hold points
• Manage site crews and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and monitor work progress
• Coordinate inspection and NDT readiness, and ensure closure of NCR and punch list items
• Enforce HSE requirements including permit-to-work, lifting and rigging safety, working at height controls, and toolbox talks
