We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are leveraged effectively to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and desired Salesforce functionality.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables.
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and business cases.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the prioritization of the product backlog based on business value and impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Background in business analysis within a Salesforce environment.
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce.
- Skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
