We currently require an R&D Scientist to perform in our R&D Center at Tekirdağ-Ergene.
This is a super opportunity for a graduate with lab experience!

Responsibilities

-   Creating new products by identifying new and innovative materials and solutions and seeing these through from concept to launch.

-   Support the purchasing department in finding new or alternative raw materials.

-   Coordination and management of all innovation activities to include factory trials and generation of trial reports communicating the results to the wider team

-   Troubleshooting protocols as necessary

-   Generating and interpreting data to assigned tasks for projects

-   Writing technical reports and presentations

-   Calibration and quality checks for laboratory equipment

-   Monitoring consumables inventory

-   Working towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly options

-   To develop product strategies alongside the site and global commercial teams.

Requirements

-   BSc or higher degree in chemistry or other relevant disciplines. (Master’s is an asset)

-   Recent experience of working in an R&D Management role in a high-volume manufacturing operation.

-   Proven experience in project management.

-   Knowledge of materials and substrates.

-   Experience dealing with external laboratories.

-   Self-motivated and passionate individual, with excellent communication skills.

-   Relationship building and leadership skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

-   Ability to handle multiple complex projects at once.
