JOB  DESCRIPTION

Erciyas Holding is a diversified industrial conglomerate with presence in more than 50 countries with more than 750 employees since 1989, always driven by innovative mindset, endless love for developing and progression, passion for sustainability and excellence especially developing solutions and products for pipeline, railway vehicles, power generation, bicycle and transportation industries. Since we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a new colleaque as ‘Strategy and Investments Specialist (Associate)’ to join our Strategy and Investments Team.

• Conducting extensive financial modeling and valuation

• Preparing internal and external presentations and other written materials

• Conducting industry and market research, assessing industry and company-specific trends

• Working closely with the senior management team to originate, coordinate and execute transactions, including tax and legal structuring, and due diligence

• Developing internal memorandums, and participating in internal investment approval process for principal transactions

• Preparing financing documentation

• Participation in structuring of Erciyas Holding’s corporate and investment strategy

• Preparing strategic business plans for various investments and entities.

QUALIFITIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and/or management consulting

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university in finance, accounting or economics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish

• Strong analytical abilities

• Excellent financial modeling/valuation and presentation preparation skills

• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

• Can adapt to dynamic work environments and flexible working hours

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Flexibility to travel

• Preferably residing / will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian side
