We are seeking Medical Consultant Trainees to join our Sales Department as part of our expanding international patient operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing price quotations and financial processes related to patients,
- Expanding the international patient portfolio through outbound calls,
- Providing written and verbal information to patients about requested treatments,
- Participating in the coordination processes of international patients,
- Assisting and following up with patients during and after the operation process,
- Collecting patient feedback and ensuring patient satisfaction,
Qualifications
- High school graduate; preferably holding an associate or bachelor’s degree,
- Proficiency in Polish with strong spoken and written communication skills,
- Preferably experienced in telesales / telemarketing,
- Strong persuasion and communication skills,
- Proficient in office computer programs,
- Energetic, target-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment,
- Customer-satisfaction oriented, both internally and externally,
- Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul,
- Available to work on a shift basis.
