Qualifications:

• Proficiency in advanced English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in the food industry and international sales
• Strong knowledge of export processes, customs regulations, and international trade procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in managing customer relationships
• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, result-oriented, and persuasive
• Success in acquiring new customers and expanding the existing customer portfolio
• A team player with strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• Candidates with easy access to Sarıyer location will be preferred

Job Description:

• Manage the sales and marketing activities of the company's fruit juice products in international markets
• Establish strong relationships with existing international customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify new customers and markets, developing strategies to increase the company’s export volume
• Oversee all phases of export operations, coordinating shipment, customs, and logistics processes
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities that will enhance the company’s competitive advantage
• Develop marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and carry out necessary analysis and reporting
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, events, and meetings to increase brand visibility in foreign markets
• Monitor sales performance, regularly report to management, and identify areas for improvement
