Software Engineer

Software Engineers will be working on Cross platform iOS, Android, and Windows application development involving mobile networking and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Engineering/Science (or related) with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven working experience in iOS/Android app development using hybrid/cross platform development tools and cross platform SDKs
• Working knowledge and prior experience of cross platform mobile frameworks line Phonegap, Sencha, Xamarin or Apache Cordova
• Expertise in developing single page applications using techniques including front-end routing, client-side templating, consuming JSON-based RESTful APIs using Angular.
• Experience in Bluetooth, serial, and IP communications
• REST service development with Java using Spring framework
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mobile collaboration application development, like video conferencing, voice and text messaging is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Development of mobile/web front ends and cross platform clients with online/offline functionality based on agreed upon scope and requirements.
• Develop intuitive and user friendly cross platform applications for mobile/tablet devices.
• Rapidly build prototypes/simulations from mock-ups that can be directly implemented
• Create documentation for a range of services and devices, including mobiles, tablets and desktops
• Perform cross-device testing and optimization
