Esteworld Health Group is a healthcare organization operating since 1999, specializing in plastic surgery, hair transplant, dental and medical aesthetics. 

It serves its patients in a total of four locations, with three clinics in Altunizade, Bahçelievler and Ataşehir, and an aesthetic surgery complex in Altunizade. 

Esteworld, which operates in more than 50 countries abroad, is one of the pioneers in the field of health tourism in our country and is among the few health groups in the world specialized in plastic surgery and aesthetics.

We are looking for a "Front End Web Developer" to be employed at our Esteworld Ümraniye location.

Front End Web Developer

Responsibilities

    - Responsible for user experience (UX)

    - Responsible for user interface (UI)

    - Design layout, usability and visual appearance and turn them into real, live, and fully-functioning websites.

    - Conceptualize the idea and look of a website, creating a mockup based on visual, UX, and UI elements.

    - Has creative, graphic, and technical skills.

    - Make sure our websites are visually pleasing, user friendly and encourages visitors to stay around for as long as possible.

    - Create web experiences that's easy and efficient and reflect our branding and support our business goals.

    - Considering and constructing conversion-generating elements.

    - Designing web pages in a way that translates well across various devices (desktop, tablet and mobile browsers).

    - Stay updated on the latest web design trends and adhere to certain standards and best practices.

    - Deal with brand imagery, color palettes, fonts, and so on.

    - Create a web design style guide to ensure that our websites look consistent.

    - Build a strong internet presence for Esteworld.

    - Provide ongoing performance checks (Pagespeed tests etc.)

    - Search Engine Optimization checks (SEO)

    - Create web sites which is structured in a way that engages visitors and delivers a positive experience.

    - Create human-centric designs that are based on data-driven decisions.

    - Enhance the usability of our websites and optimize them in a way that helps encourage conversions.

    - Ensure that interface is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

    - To be able to use stock photography resources, as well as image optimization and compression tools.

    - To be able to use Wordpress CMS and web site builder platforms like Elementor.

    - To be able to use wireframe and prototype tools.

Required Qualifications and Skillsets

    - At least 2 years experince

    - High level HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue etc frameworks are a plus)

    - Wordpress

    - Understanding the principles of website design and web accessibility standards

    - Responsive and interaction design

    - Conversion Rate Optimization

    - User journey mapping

    - Wireframing and prototyping

    - Branding, color theory / color scheme, and typography

    - Design tools and software

    - Strong communication skills

    - Having the ability to collaborate with others on Esteworld Team

    - Problem-solving and analytical thinking
