QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from one of the leading universities in Türkiye or abroad, preferably from Sociology, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or Economics departments
  
• Preferably 1.5–2 years of work experience in market research or a related field, including moderation of qualitative research activities (e.g., focus groups, in-depth interviews)
  
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SPSS, MAXQDA or R
  
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  
• Strong analytical skills; able to work with numbers for extended periods and draw meaningful conclusions
  
• Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations; able to share insights with other departments and provide actionable recommendations
  
• Client-oriented, flexible, and eager to build a career in Market Research
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with energy and enthusiasm
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  
• Willingness to learn new skills and continuously develop oneself
  
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel
  
• Holder of a valid driving license and actively driving

• Support the design and development of research models tailored to specific client objectives
  
• Contribute to survey monitoring and oversight, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the research process
  
• Provide support in fieldwork management, including coordination with and supervision assistance for data collection teams
  
• Take part in the implementation of quality assurance protocols to maintain high research standards
  
• Assist in data analysis using statistical methods to derive actionable insights
  
• Support the moderation of qualitative research activities, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews
  
• Contribute to the compilation and preparation of analytical reports, delivering clear and impactful findings
  
• Assist in the construction and delivery of professional presentations to communicate results both internally and to clients
  
• Provide support in the coordination and execution of research projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate in client relationship management, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client needs
