The general qualifications of this position include the followings, 

Education: 

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in a related discipline 

Experience / Technical Knowledge: 

 • 1-4 years of experience in PostgreSQL/Oracle DBA Experience with Database User Management and system performance monitoring 

• Experience in export and import SQL writing and SQL tuning 

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle system optimization 

• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services RDS is a plus 

• Available to work in flexible hours, 24x7 varying shifts including weekends 

Language: 

• Good command of written and spoken English

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful new joiner will be a member of a strong team in local and international projects, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.

He/she will be responsible for: 

• Automate Database tasks using Shell-scripting, Function, procedure

• Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, index, constraints, etc. for data platform 

• Troubleshoot all Database related problems in a timely manner

• Maintenance, deployment, and administrative tasks related to our application

• Building and maintaining databases in both OLTP and OLAP environments

• Designing and implementing automation using scripts

• Related administrative duties
