We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee all business activities of "Shippn" which is one of our online shopping service and a trusted community that enables people to shop from anywhere in the world! 

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business and will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture with start-up passion! 

The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Essential Duties  (may include, but not limited to the following ):

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals with a strong product management,
  
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity by also managing  digital marketing activities,
  
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers,
  
• Report to senior management and be responsible for annual budget management of Shippn,
  
• Prepare competition analysis and periodic reports and develop strong competitive strategies in the light of SWOT analysis,
  
• Motivate & encourage the employees and evaluate the performance.

Core Competencies and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business manager or relevant role,
  
• Excellent organizational, coaching and leadership skills,
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities,
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems,
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques,
• BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
