QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University degree in from a reputable University, preferably on Mechanical, Civil or  Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a multi-discipline EPC projects organization; preferably in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Storage and Distribution Terminals.
• Understanding and appreciation of interfaces between processes of mechanical, electrical, I&C and civil engineering functions is a must.
• Experience in Project Management is a preference.
• Knowledge to use Primavera and/or Microsoft Project in project management.
• Experience in Design Engineering is a preference.
• Experience and familiarity with the international codes and standards.
• Awareness and familiarity with HSE and QA/QC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, and AutoCAD or similar engineering applications is a must.
• Ability to work in international working environment.
• Comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
• Must have good presentational skills and be capable of dealing at all levels.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical personality.
• Willing to travel inland and/or abroad.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop project certain deliverables at the front-end loading stage (FEL) such as workflows, documents, plans, procedures, minutes of meetings etc.
• Support the Project Managers and Project Office Management (PMO) Manager in developing the Projects and Proposals.
• Provide project management support in delivering & development of the work breakdown structure, planning, scheduling, reporting of activities, assessing risks and uncertainties.
• Review the relevant engineering documents according to contract requirements and, relevant International, EN and Turkish Standards/Regulations/ Procedures.
• Review, register, trace the comments from the Owner and/or Engineering Consultant and take appropriate actions.
• Provide full support to Quality and HSE Departments in implementation of Project Quality and HSE Plans.
• Provide full support in implementation of Project Planning and Cost in line with Project strategies and targets, and for the procurement of equipment and material, especially in issue of Bill of Quantities and preparation of Technical Specifications.
