Qualifications

• Moderate command of both spoken and written English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance departments (preferably in big four audit companies)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance departments (preferably in big four audit companies)
• Experience in pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage
• Experience with Turkish GAAP
• Advanced knowledge in SAP-FI module usage
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
• Improved reporting, analytical skills
• Analytical, diligent and accountable
• Eager to learn, good team player
• Positive thinking skills, attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and to work with flexible working hours if necessary

Job Description

• Recording customer invoices with discounts and price differences etc.
• Recording vendor invoices
• Recording employee expenses in accordance with cost centers
• Recording insurance policies
• Monthly exchange rate difference transactions
• Following material standard prices and record
• Following contracts and preparing stamp tax declarations
• Preparing BA-BS and VAT2 declarations
• Processing and following e-ledger and e-invoice transactions.
• Preparing deductible VAT lists in VAT refund processes
• Performing periodic reconciliation with foreign customers and suppliers
• Supporting month end closing process through finalizing all transactions on time
• Providing support to other issues related to accounting, internal/external audit and reporting.
