Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a “Senior Business Analyst” for our leading client operating insurance sector.

Qualification

• Graduate from the Engineering department of universities,
• Full professional fluency in English,
• At least 5 years of business analyst experience,
• Strong experience in Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban,
• Strong knowledge of new technologies, tools and systems,
• Innovative, open minded and proactive,
• Excellent communication, mentoring and motivating skills.

Job Description

• Manage the relationship with the Business units to channel all their IT needs,
• Assist users, putting together the information required,
• Participate in the process for estimating and planning a Project,
• Analyse the feasibility of IT projects, defining functional solutions according to specifications, in order to ensure the provision of appropriate business support,
• Prepare the documentation required to implement a Project,
• Prepare test cases to verify that requirements and specifications are met,
• Investigate the problems/defetcs in the system and suggest solutions,
• Maintain up-to-date, specific and/or specialist knowledge about the technical procedures, regulations, criteria, etc. within their remit, by attending training sessions and monitoring the main management and quality assurance indicators.
