COLLEGE COUNSELLOR

Eyuboglu schools is currently inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fulfill the position of International College Counsellor.

The International College Counsellor supports and guides students who are wishing to study at universities overseas and liases with university academic departments, university representatives and admission offices to support and guide students with their university choice, applications and course selections.The International College Counsellor is also responsible for providing relevant information regarding study overseas to  Grade 11 students and parents through presentations and informational literature to help students make informed choices. The International College Counsellor reports to the School Principal.

Skills and qualifications:

·          At least 5 years experience in the field of International  Cololege Counselling  

·          Knowledge and experience of working with Universities abroad.

·          Knowledge of application and admission procedures of universities abroad 

·          High level of communication skills both written and verbal in order to guide students appropriately, inform both students and parents and develop and maintain relationships with admissions departments and university academic departments.

·          Have extremely effective organisational skills in order to be able to work with students in the selection of university lists and preparation of application documents work and also work within tight deadlines, working  both independently and as a team member where and when necessary. 

·          Have a good working knowledge of IT programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google applications. Ability to adapt well to any other relevant programmes as necessary.
