Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for aLicensing Specialist to be assigned within the R&D Department.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up of domestic/international regulations and legislation
• Control and approval of label and box information according to relevant legislation
• Making the ministry registries of the products to be offered to the market
• Preparation and follow-up of overseas export files
• Requesting the necessary documents by communicating with the relevant departments while preparing the license files
• Cosmetics, competent in product tracking system (ÜTS) registration
• Competent in the preparation of Food and Food Supplementary Food Ministry files
• Liaison with testing laboratories and approval bodies
• Ensuring that all work done is kept under record

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Engineering or a related field
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in Cosmetic or Food licensing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and documentation processes
• Have excellent written and spoken English language skills and preferably a second language
• Competent in careful and meticulous work, work follow-up
• Teamwork oriented, excellent at cross-team coordination and strong communication
• Task prioritization, multitask management and organizational skills
• To be passionate about learning, innovating and succeeding
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong in planning and business follow-up
